Work is continuing on swings in some Conwy County Playgrounds next week.

Swings in some Conwy County playgrounds were immobilised as a precautionary measure for safety checks and for any necessary remedial work to be carried out.

Work has been completed on swings in 10 playgrounds, however, swings in some parks remain out of use whilst work is completed.

Work has been completed at:

◾Lower Eirias Park (Colwyn Bay)
◾Fairy Glen (Colwyn Bay)
◾Dolwen Road (Llysfaen)
◾Chester Ave, (Kinmel Bay)   
◾Min y Don (Old Colwyn)
◾Trafford Park (Penrhyn Bay)
◾Bodlondeb (Conwy)
◾Esplanade (Penmaenmawr)

Work continues at:
◾Maes y Mor (Abergele)
◾Parc Gele (Abergele)
◾Rhos Park (Rhos on Sea)
◾Bryn Pydew
◾Llanfairfechan Recreation Ground
◾Cae Tyddyn (Llanrwst)
◾Ysbyty Ifan
